The Youth Ambassadors for the Environment were in attendance at the One Health Summit, an international gathering that brought together policymakers, scientists, NGOs, and civil society representatives to discuss an integrated approach to human, animal, and environmental health.
Throughout the day, the summit highlighted concrete proposals at the intersection of health and ecology. Within this space, young representatives from international organizations took the floor to present a joint advocacy plan focused on five key areas: education, funding, governance, collaboration, and communication.

Regarding the final pillar—led by the JAE—we called for an active fight against environmental and health misinformation, making scientific information accessible to all audiences, and training young people in scientific mediation and digital tools.
By participating in the One Health Summit, the Youth Ambassadors delivered a clear message: young people are not just beneficiaries of "One Health" policies; they are its primary drivers.
The youth are taking action, and they are making their voices heard!
